With a strong background in finance and team management, she believes in clear processes, smart decision-making, and well-run systems. She is also an expert in customer relations and issue escalation, handling complex situations with clarity, fairness, and confidence to ensure positive outcomes for both guests and teams. Driven and highly organised, Roberta is a devoted partner, wife, and proud mum of two girls.

Niki is the operational backbone of Bateman Estates, expertly setting systems, processes, and solutions to ensure everything runs smoothly. Always learning and adapting to the ever-changing business landscape, he oversees day-to-day operations while keeping the guest experience at the heart of every decision. Driven, creative, and passionate, Niki strives to deliver the best for every guest. He is also a devoted partner, husband, and proud dad of two girls.

My journey began at Stanford University, where I took a problem-solving course just as the sharing economy was emerging. I still remember the excitement of Airbnb's launch—booking unique, owner-hosted stays worldwide, meeting incredible people, and experiencing their homes and lifestyles firsthand. The energy of those experiences still gives me goosebumps to this day!
